The New Elysium

The Dream of Paradise is for all

who would choose it, but not all will

because human nature is diverse.

We know that paradise will not

be a perspective shared by all--

all of the time, we can only offer this,

here and now, where for as long as we live

and we breathe, to those who are "available."

And only those that appreciate "WHERE it is

that we are coming from" shall heed the calling.

Our own calling as emissaries of paradise is to share

peace and justice with the earth, with the plants

and the animals of the earth, and also with

the society of humans that walk the earth

...for the purpose of expanding Elysium.

Ambassadors are generally known as

intermediaries between various countries

in the world. That is not far from our truth.

We are representatives of this reality,

which is a nation, a kingdom,

and a state..of mind.

When we refer to the metaphor of

the inner garden we mean one that

exists deep within--in the place where

our soul resides, it is the space our minds

go to when we dream and when we

meditate all thoughts away.

This garden is a resting place--

it is also where we can find solace

and equanimity when we need it.

It is always within, that is, for as long

as we practice weeding the garden.

The maintenance of the soul garden

is so, so important to this Work we do.

How can we stand for innocence if

we continually stray from the path?

Once in a while is perhaps healthy

for there is much wilderness in

the garden to be explored; there is

not only the path, there is also

what is known as "the unknown."

What is necessary for each and every

single one of us as emissaries to see

is that the garden within represents

our very own plot of the vastness

that is Elysium--OUR paradise.

Whether you choose to value

innocence is up to you...

Verily, what affects one of us

affects us all, as is true with

cancer of the body. Therefore,

the Law of Selection is very wise,

and a precautionary measure,

to be certain, if we are to

share this reality with others

and to be successful in our efforts

of maintaining our own sanctuary.

A gardener seasoned by many

years of experience will know

what to look for in seedlings

he or she wishes to see grow.

It takes such a keen eye to spot

bad seeds as they are coming up--

much easier, that is, than turning the soil

when weeds have taken over the light

or driven away the good plants.

It is so much easier to

take a cautious and

patient approach to

each step made in life

then it is to erase all trace

of the impressions our steps

made in the golden sands

on the shores of eternity.
